Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens at Gulval, near Penzance is tucked into a valley of natural woodland and lushly planted gardens, and is dotted throughout with site-specific sculptures from internationally renowned artists like David Nash and Richard Long. Also including an art gallery, a small plant nursery and a great restaurant, it’s well worth a trip if you have a few hours to spare and are heading down to the Western tip of Cornwall. Tremenheere also boasts a fabulous view of nearby St Michael’s Mount, which is now managed by the National Trust.
